Chinmaya Mission Kozhikode was established in 1954 by the local disciples of the great visionary,Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda. Staying true to Advaita philosophy and Gurudev’s teachings, the mission continues to spread the profound message of the Bhagavad Gita & Upanishads while actively contributing to the social and educational upliftment of the community. In 1975, Gurudev appointed a young Brahmachari, Atmachaitanya, as the Acharya of the Kendra. Over the past five decades, several Acharyas have led the Kendra, and the current Acharya is Swami Jithathmananda Saraswati.
